Firm, clearly yeasty and somewhat nutty aroma with pome fruit aromas, smoky and herbal traces and a hint of butter. Clear, taut, tangy, cool fruit, clearly yeasty and again nutty tones, a little smoke in the background, herbal to planty aromas, lively, quite fine mousseux, noticeable acidity, hints of fresh butter, very good, taut finish with tart juice and grip.
