2014 Bissersheim Schützenhaus Riesling trocken {Halbstück}, Pfalz, Germany

Cool, slightly vegetal and quite prominent mineral notes with notes of citrus fruits, peach and pomaceous fruit, delicate nutty wood notes and rather light mineral notes. Firm and juicy in the mouth, ripe, cool fruit with fine, slightly nutty notes and vegetal traces, very elegant, lively acidity, mature tannins, persistent on the palate, prominent, light mineral notes, salty notes, good grip, but also some enamel, still young, has depth, very good, tart-juicy and also yeasty finish.
