Translate to English Vegetabiler und betont buttriger Duft mit verhaltenen gelbfruchtigen Tönen sowie nussigen und hefigen Aromen. Herbe, säuerliche Frucht im Mund, wieder Hefe, Nuss und viel Butter, präsente Säure und relativ feines Mousseux, deutlich pflanzliche Noten am Gaumen, etwas Griff, nicht sehr tief, knochentrockener Stil, auch im Abgang säurebetont und buttrig zugleich, was einen eigenwilligen Kontrast ergibt. Vielleicht mit ein wenig Reife harmonischer.
