Somewhat vegetal, nutty and a hint of bacon aroma with yeasty and slightly smoky flavours as well as a little yellow fruit and hints of black berries. Not quite dry fruit with nutty, tobacco and smoky notes, some yeast, dark berries on the palate alongside dried apple, good persistence, very fine mousseux and crumbly tannin, good to very good, slightly sweetish finish.
