2019 trocken Reserve Cuvée "Ernst Combé", Württemberg, Germany

Firm and quite deep, tart aroma of ripe black berries with leathery and tobacco nuances, a little meat and herbs. Dense and juicy in the mouth, dark fruit with slightly smoky and tart-nutty wood spice, present, very fine tannin, delicate acid bite, persistent on the palate, with notes of dark chocolate and coffee grounds, certain depth, quite firm structure, salty hints, excellently vinified in its rather modern characteristics, very good finish.
