2018 Pfaffenhofen Grauburgunder VDP.Ortswein trocken, Württemberg, Germany

Onion-skin colour. Clear nose, light nutty notes, restrained pomaceous fruit aromas, hint of tobacco. Fairly cool, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, nutty and peppery notes, light vegetal and herbaceous notes, still slightly yeasty, mineral notes in the background, medium body, hint of tobacco, noticeable warm alcohol, some grip on a good to very good finish.
