Firm, dense and quite deep, very fresh, tart, almost cool aroma of predominantly black berries with polished tobacco and nutty wood aromas, some liquorice, cinnamon, hints of pepper and dried herbs. Clear, tight and concentrated, tart and juicy fruit, nutty and chocolaty, still somewhat bitterish wood, some acid bite, fine sandy tannin, smoky, mushroomy nuances, some dried root vegetables and earthy tones, minty-ethereal aromas, gains complexity, juice and depth with air, very good, tart, chalky and rather salty finish.
