Nutty, clearly vegetal and somewhat yeasty aroma with citrus and pome fruit aromas, mushrooms, yellow-fruity flavours, some smoke and a hint of dark berries. Slender, tart fruit with present acidity, nutty and vegetal notes, some yeast and noticeable, slightly sandy tannin, moderate, relatively fine perlage, some persistence, smoky notes in the background, tobacco and earthy hints, good to very good, very slightly phenolic-dry finish.
