Tart herbaceous nose, light earthy and mineral notes, hint of bacon, restrained yellow fruit, light yeasty and peppery notes. Ripe, tart, juicy, very spicy fruit on the palate, yeasty as well as salty mineral notes, hint of smoked bacon, persistence, good grip and substance, some depth, very good tart, juicy, minerally, spicy finish.
