2015 trocken Cuvée Ernst Combé, Württemberg, Germany

Light vegetal, herbaceous and peppery notes on the nose, mixed berries, earthy notes, some mushrooms, hint of bacon, rosemary and juniper. Clear, straightforward, elegant, juicy red and black fruit on the palate, peppery and herbaceous notes, some iodine and juniper, light smoky and spicy notes, fairly persistent, salty traces, tannins still slightly sandy, cocoa in the background, some bite, chocolate on a very good, fairly juicy finish.
