Vegetal notes with some root vegetables on the nose, some bacon, red berries, onions, mushrooms and peppery notes. Fairly mature fruit on the palate, nutty oak, root vegetables, some bay leaf and earthy notes, sandy tannins, not particularly deep, medium body, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, some mushrooms and beet root, salty traces, still lsightly astringent on an otherwise good to very good finish with light toasted notes.
