Somewhat dried vegetal to herbaceous, nutty and hints of mushroom on the nose, white and yellow fruit with light smoky and dark berry aromas. Polished fruit with a hint of yeast, grapefruit and mint, lively yet fine acidity, noticeable tannic grip, good persistence, cashew nuts and blackcurrants in the background, salty minerality, has cool elements despite the high alcohol, still young, very good finish with bite.

Best to drink: Mitte 2024 bis 2026+. What our ratings mean
