Cool nose with prominent fresh vegetal notes, hint of asparagus, restrained green and yellow fruit. Fairly juicy fruit on the palate, fresh green vegetal aromas, very elegant, lively acidity, light earthy and mineral traces, touch of elderflower, fairly persistent, noticeable alcohol, more prominent vegetal notes on a good to very good tart, juicy finish.
