Translate to English Säuerlich-vegetabile, etwas an eingelegte Artischocken erinnernde Nase mit Zitrus- und Kernobstaromen, erdigen Tönen und herben Holunderaromen im Hintergrund. Kräftig im Mund, schmelzig und alkoholwarm, aber auch mit kühlen erdig-mineralischen und getrocknet-vegetabilen Aromen, feine Säure, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, etwas Griff, Holunder und ein wenig Wacholder, ordentlicher bis guter, wieder alkoholstarker Abgang.
