2010 St. Magdalener / Santa Maddalena DOC, Alto Adige, Italy

Fairly cool nose, red and some black berries, dried vegetal notes, hint of cereals. Ripe, creamy fruit on the palate, delicate hint of chocolate, oak and cereals, moderate, very slightly astringent tannins, malted traces in the background, slightly warm alcohol, not particularly deep, jammy notes and a hint of cereal on a warm finish.
