Somewhat ethereal and reminiscent of root vegetables with restrained, warm pome fruit aromas, a little vine leaves and dried herbs with nutty traces and a little marzipan. Ripe, warm, melting fruit, nutty and slightly caramel-buttery notes, restrained acidity, some grip, good persistence, noticeable alcohol, ethereal nuances, implied yellow spice, good, again warm and alcoholic finish.
