Delicately smoky quince scent with aromas of dried and candied yellow fruits, herbs, floral tones, gooseberries, asparagus and some yellow spice. Sweet, tightly knit yet creamy fruit with candy notes, floral aromas and yellow spice again, asparagus-vegetable flavours on the palate, very fine acidity, delicate grip, persistent on the palate, a little candied orange peel, dried floral nuances, a hint of caramel, salt in the background, traces of redcurrant, delicate smoky hints, good depth, quite complex, excellent balance, very good to long, firm finish with juice, grip and spice.
