Firm, herbaceous to herbaceous, almost cool bouquet with white, yellow and green fruity aromas and a hint of elderflower. Ripe, somewhat warm, densely knit, melting fruit, planty to herbal spiciness and nutty to slightly woody aromas, some pepper on the palate, also dark berries in the background, lasting, much power, certain depth, ethereal nuances, slightly reminiscent of juniper, plus a hint of cardamom and cinnamon spiciness, very good, somewhat warm and melting, also juicy finish. Currently not quite as exciting as at our first tasting.
