Tart, vegetal, a hint yeasty nose with bright yellow fruity and a little fresh grassy-vegetable to herbal aromas and a touch of bacon. Tart, clear, again very bright fruit, smoky and nutty traces, a little herbal and hints of yeasty, fine acidity, noticeable alcohol, some persistence, good finish with apple flavors
