Fairly cool nose, light herbaceous and floral notes, partly dried citrus fruit and pomaceous fruit, earthy and light nutty traces. Tart fruit on the palate, yeasty and light nutty aromas, vegetal notes with some root vegetables, elegant acidity, good persistence, noticeable warm alcohol, some mountain herbs, very creamy, but also has good grip, slightly spicy, good to very good alcoholic finish.
