Tart, fairly cool and slightly muted nose, yeasty notes, restrained yellow fruit, vegetal, earthy and mineral notes. Ripe, sweetish, juicy fruit on the palate, prominent yeasty notes, light nutty aromas and a touch of root vegetables, some yellow spice in the background, predominantly curcuma, lively acidity, integrated tannins, full-bodied, good persistence, some sugar candy, floral traces, hint of rubber, tart salty mineral notes, cool vegetal notes, slightly noticeable warm alcohol on a very good finish.
