Yeasty nose, delicate floral notes, citrus and stone fruit, earthy and mineral traces. Clear, elegant, juicy, delicately sweet fruit on the palate, still quite yeasty, vegetal, herbaceous and floral aromas, very elegant acidity, fairly persistent, hint of red berries, lively style, mineral notes in the background, light grip, hint of ginger, good to very good, fairly firm, juicy, yeasty, slightly sweet finish.
