Tart nose, dried vegetal notes, earthy and mineral notes, very light floral traces, restrained yellow fruit. Fairly restrained, dry, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, vegetal, yeasty and earthy notes, slightly muted by noticeable sandy tannins, light floral notes, salty traces in the background, partly resiny herbaceous notes, good persistence, stil noticeably rough on an otherwise good to very good finish.

Editor note: Finely herbal and quite slightly yeasty nose with restrained yellow fruit aromas, some spice and mineral notes. Delicate juicy, dry fruit on the palate, yeasty and vegetal notes, lively acidity and a trace of carbonic acid, fairly persistent, prominent earthy notes, oyster mushrooms, fairly uncompromising style, fairly good finish.
