Translate to English Noch ganz leicht gedeckter, kräuteriger und ein wenig erdiger Duft mit herben gelbfruchtigen Aromen sowie hefigen und weiß-gemüsigen Anklängen. Zurückhaltende, reife Frucht und wieder vegetabile Aromen im Mund, sehr feine Säure, ganz leicht gedeckt am Gaumen, wieder hefig, im Hintergrund erdig-mineralische Töne, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, ruhiger Stil, sehr guter Abgang mit brotig-hefigen Noten. Sollte etwas reifen.
