Cool, delicately nutty and somewhat fresh-vegetal to herbal nose with citrus and pome fruit notes, a hint of red berries, and a suggestion of leek. Straightforward, not entirely dry fruit with some creaminess, lively acidity, slightly smoky and nutty wood notes, has some grip and persistence, salty minerality, also a hint of seashells, citrus zest in the background, very good finish with cool herbal aromas.
