A somewhat reductive, distinctly smoky aroma of ripe citrus fruits with herbal-plant notes as well as some stone and pome fruits, spring onions, and forest mushrooms. Cool, bright, tart fruit with a slightly yellow spice and partly fresh plant notes, fine, relatively lively acidity, a bit of sandy grip, certain sustainability, a hint of mustard seed in the background, nutty traces, chalky and salty mineral tones, a trace of smoke, very good finish.

Best to drink: 2025-2028+. What our ratings mean
