Tart, distinctly dried-vegetable nose with bright vegetal and yellow fruity aromas and a little green chilli. Tart, restrained fruit, nutty and yeasty tones, a little pepper, light grip, relatively fine acidity, light minerality, good persistence, very slightly muted, good to very good, again tart finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2022 bis 2025+. What our ratings mean
