Translate to English Noch etwas verschlossen wirkende, recht straffe, kühle Zitrusnase mit Apfelnoten, deutlich pflanzlichen Aromen sowie zart hefigen und erdigen Anklängen. Klare, wieder noch unentwickelte, etwas zitrusbetonte Frucht mit Steinobstnoten, pflanzlichen bis kräuterigen Tönen und noch einer Spur Hefe, lebendige Säure, gezügelte Kraft, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, ein Hauch dunkler Beeren im Hintergrund, angedeutet Salz, guter bis sehr guter, wieder zitrusbetonter Abgang mit Biss.
