Polished citrus scent with apple and peach aromas, some yeast, light floral aromas and herbs. Slim and straight in the mouth, tart fruit, herbal and yeasty aromas, lively acidity, light tannin, still young, a hint of fennel in the background, earthy nuances, neat, tart finish.
