Slightly reductive nose, nutty and vegetal notes, some dried herbs, pomaceous fruit, hint of white berries, bell peppers and dried herbs. Straightforward, slightly sweetish citrus fruit on the palate, derlicate yeasty notes, lively acidity, light grip, good persistence, light grassy notes, salty, chalky mineral notes, good to very good, elegant, juicy, slightly sweetish finish.
