Youthful, somewhat floral and delicately almondy nose with pomaceous and stone fruit notes and a hint of bacon and dried herbs. Slender, cool, slightly sweetish fruit with dark berry and minty nuances, lively acidity, delicate grip, a certain persistence, citrus zest in the background, a hint of yellow spice, chalky tones, good to very good finish with bite.
