Cool, very light yellow fruity nose with fine, fresh vegetal and hints of buttery notes, hints of celery and a hint of fennel seeds. Quite juicy, sweetish fruit after partly candied and dried citrus fruits, fine acidity, delicate grip, a little nut butter on the palate, certain persistence, herbal to herbaceous tones, a hint of pepper, good to very good finish.
