Slightly nutty and delicately tobacco, a hint of warm scent of ripe yellow fruits. Ripe fruit and nutty aromas also in the mouth, yeasty nuances, slightly dried-vegetable notes, fine acidity and some grip, a hint of smokiness on the palate, good persistence, tart spiciness, almost a little tobacco tones, some melting, dried-floral nuances, a hint of bacon, very good finish with tart minerality
