Firm, slightly herbal-planty and still a hint of yeasty citrus-stone fruit scent with very light smoky nuances and a certain minerality. Ripe, juicy, bright, a hint of warm fruit, not completely dry, but also with tart, nutty, yeasty tones and lots of bright minerality, very fine, lively acidity, has grip, good substance and persistence, a certain depth, very good finish with a hint of sweet melting.

Best to drink: Mitte 2023 bis 2028+. What our ratings mean
