Still very slightly yeasty, somewhat vegetal to slightly vegetable scent of yellow and green fruits with delicate floral tones. Fresh, bright fruit with a hint of cassis, lively acidity, still noticeably yeasty flavours, some grip, certain persistence, hints of minerality, a hint of salt in the good finish
