Translate to English Etwas animalischer, ganz leicht schärfender, unterholziger und an getrocknetes Wurzelgemüse erinnernder Duft nach mehr schwarzen als roten Beeren mit rußigen Noten. Erdig, vegetabil, speckig und wieder leicht rußig im Mund, leicht gedeckte, eher dunkle Frucht, feinsandiges, präsentes Tannin und erdige Noten, am Gaumen dann recht frischer Saft, etwas Salz im Hintergrund, auch pfeffrige Nuancen, noch wenig entwickelt, guter bis sehr guter, recht straffer, saftiger Abgang. Etwas untypisch, weil ungewohnt dunkel in der Aromatik, auch kerniger, als man das von Spätburgunder erwarten würde, aber doch sehr gut.
