Somewhat nutty and a hint of tobacco aroma of ripe black and red berries with fleshy and peppery traces. Tart dark fruit, fine dusty tannin, some smoke, tobacco and herbs, a hint of juniper, some power and persistence, sooty traces, a little chalk and salt, cocoa notes, very good finish.

Editor note: Firm, somewhat tobacco, nutty and spicy aroma of ripe predominantly black berries with a hint of bacon and liquorice. Tart, ripe, dark fruit, smoky, dried herbal and bacon notes, peppery spice, fine sandy tannin, lasting, has power, a little salt in the background, very good, tart finish.
