Translate to English Deutlich speckig-fleischiger Duft mit Estragonnoten, vegetabilen Aromen, Rauch, Senfgurken und angedeutet rußigem Holz sowie schwarzen Beeren, Sauerkirschen und erdigen Tönen. Relativ süße, etwas marmeladige Frucht mit rauchigen, röstigen und schokoladigen Holzaromen, leichtzwiebelig am Gaumen, gewisse Kraft und Nachhaltigkeit, feinsandiges Tannin, im Hintergrund Suppenkräuter, etwas Kandis, gute Substanz, auch im Abgang süßlich und zwiebelig.
