Firm and quite deep, somewhat smoky, also nutty and hints of vegetation with lemon balm, tart yellow fruity aromas, a touch of butter and mineral hints. Ripe, clear, bright, juicy fruit with smoky and nutty aromas, light wood and vegetal nuances, again a little butter on the palate, also a hint of caramel and yellow-spicy tones, fine acidity, clear, tart minerality, certain depth, has grip, very good, tight, tangy finish.
