2020 Laufen Klosterwingerte Pinot Noir VDP.Grosses Gewächs trocken, Baden, Germany

Slightly tobacco and woody spicy and a hint of nutty scent of red and black berries with fleshy and herbaceous nuances, cooling ethereal tones as well as a hint of juniper, pepper and bacon. Clear, polished, juicy, tart fruit, nutty, gently smoky and a little bitter-chocolatey wood notes, very fine tannin and some bite, good depth, persistence, still young, some melting, chalky-salty, cooling minerality, hints of dark ethereal spice, very good, firm, juicy, finely spicy and mineral finish with minty and peppery flavours.
