Cool nose, light vegetal notes, citrus and stone fruit, some apples, touch of fennel, zucchini, herbs and floral traces, light spicy and some mineral notes. Ripe, sweetish fruit on the palate, herbaceous notes and peppery spice, elegant, lively acidity, some sugar candy, fennel again, integrated tannins provide light grip, salty mineral notes in the background, touch of sugar candy, not particularly deep, vegetal notes, slightly sweetish and salty on a good to very good finish.
