Translate to English Kühle, kräuterig-pflanzliche und mineralische Nase mit herben Zitrusaromen und zarten Kernobsttönen. Klare, geschliffene, feinsaftige Frucht mit kräuterig-pflanzlicher Würze, lebendige, feine Säure, leichte Kohlensäure, am Gaumen an Pink Grapefruit erinnernde Noten (die in der Nase schon anklingen), gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, im Hintergrund Mineralik, hat Schliff und Zug, sehr guter, relativ saftiger Abgang.
