Fest gewirkt auch im Mund, klar, feinsaftig und lebendig, mit präsenter Säure und relativ viel Kohlensäure, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit am Gaumen, mineralische Würze, harmonisch, animierend, recht kühler Stil, sehr guter, saftiger und feinwürzig-mineralischer Abgang.
