Delicately floral, slightly spicy, somewhat nutty and a hint of bacon on the nose with pome and stone fruit notes as well as a hint of root vegetables and hints of dark berries. Youthful, not quite dry fruit with a hint of blackberries and mint, lively acidity, light carbonic acidity, delicate grip, certain persistence, salty tones, good finish.
