Tart, clearly dried-vegetable scent of partly candied yellow fruits with floral nuances and a hint of rubber. Quite juicy, again partly candied, slightly sweetish fruit, suitable acidity, nutty and caramel traces on the palate, certain persistence, tart mineral notes, delicate grip, good to very good finish
