Translate to English Recht mandeliger, etwas frisch-pflanzlicher bis getrocknet-kräuteriger und hell-floraler Duft nach gelben Früchten mit pilzigen und angedeutet harzigen Anklängen. Geschliffene, relativ feste Frucht mit zartem Schmelz, sehr feine, lebendige Säure, am Gaumen eine Spur Kandis, Pilze und Moos, hat etwas Griff und gewissen Zug, gute Nachhaltigkeit, eher helle Mineralik, sehr guter Abgang mit kühlem Saft.
