Translate to English Relativ kühler, hell-nussiger, zart floraler und getrocknet-kräuteriger Duft nach gelben Früchten mit leicht pilzigen und speckigen Anklängen sowie einem Hauch Sonnenblumenkerne. Geradlinige, recht geschliffene Frucht mit zartem Schmelz, einer Spur Kandis und weißen Pfeffers, relativ präsente Säure, im Hintergrund Kreide und angedeutet Zitruszesten, hat Griff und gewissen Zug, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, gewisse Tiefe, mürber, noch ganz leicht trocknender Gerbstoff, hell-mineralische Töne, sehr guter, etwas zitroniger Abgang mit Biss.
