A slightly herbal-vegetable stone fruit aroma with core fruit and citrus notes, hints of root vegetables and floral nuances. Slim, cool, very lightly developed fruit, nutty, earthy and slightly plant-like tones, a bit of sandy tannin, some sustainability, mineral notes, a touch of sweetness in the background, light zest tones, quite an elegant style, very good finish with moderate plant sharpness.
