Somewhat herbaceous, planty scent reminiscent of basil with citrus and pome fruit aromas, a little peach, yeasty traces and floral hints. Lean, sweet fruit with some acid bite, yeasty notes, basil again and partly candied citrus, hints of red berry in the background, hints of zest bitters, mineral notes, good, sweet-tart finish with grip.
