Cool, distinctly planty and delicately yeasty citrus nose with a hint of stone fruit, waxy hints and a touch of pistachio. Restrained, rather tart fruit, lively acidity and light grip, herbal and delicately yeasty tones, good persistence, mineral tones in the background, a touch floral at the end, delicate honey tones, very good, tight finish with restrained, cool juice, herbal notes and minerality.
